Because we provide a digital service, including personalized web links and QR codes for your event, we do not have a physical "return" process. Instead, we offer a comprehensive 30-Day Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If FindMyTable does not meet your expectations or if your event plans change, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
To qualify for our 30-day risk-free refund, please ensure:

The request is made within 30 days of the purchase timestamp.

You provide the email address used for the purchase and/or your order number.

Note on Custom Work: We offer refunds even if we have already begun the proofing process or if you have received your final QR code/web link. However, once a refund is processed, your digital seating chart link will be deactivated immediately.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds cannot be issued if:

The request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date.

The event for which the seating chart was created has already taken place.

5. Processing and Timeline

Approval: Once your request is received, we will verify the purchase date and process the refund within 2–3 business days.

Payment Method: Refunds are automatically applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

Bank Processing: Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Service Deactivation
Upon the issuance of a refund, all digital assets associated with your order, including your unique seating chart web link and QR code functionality, will be permanently disabled. Any guests attempting to scan the code or visit the link will no longer be able to view the seating assignments.
