2. Description of Service

FindMyTable provides a digital seating chart solution. Users provide guest lists and seating data, and FindMyTable generates a custom web link and QR code for guests to view their seating assignments digitally.

3. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

  • Data Integrity: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in your spreadsheet (names, table numbers, etc.). FindMyTable is not liable for errors or confusion at an event resulting from incorrect data provided by the user.

  • Proofing: You are responsible for reviewing the digital proof provided by FindMyTable. Once you give final approval, any subsequent changes may incur additional fees.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Fees: Prices for our packages are as stated on the website at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds: We offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the event has not yet occurred. Upon refund, your digital link will be deactivated.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindMyTable.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Technical Failures: Failure of guests to access the digital chart due to poor internet connectivity at the venue, device incompatibility, or server downtime.

  • Event Disruptions: Any confusion, delays, or disruptions during your event related to the use of the digital seating chart.

  • Maximum Liability: In no event shall FindMyTable’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: FindMyTable retains all rights to the software, design layouts, and proprietary code used to generate the seating charts.

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the guest names and data you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host and display this data for the purpose of your event.

7. Link Expiration & Data Retention

FindMyTable will host your digital seating chart until the date of the event. After this period, we reserve the right to deactivate the link and delete the associated guest data to protect privacy.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell guest lists to third parties. Data is used strictly to provide the digital seating chart service.
